On Bing.no today;  James Bond Island I presume. Unless I am mistaken I’ll be in the general neighborhood in about three weeks time (broadly speaking given that we will travel halfway around the world).

Interestingly the US site has a different picture.. which I find annoying because I often switch to the US version to get the picture details.

While running along the coast I saw a few seagulls hanging in the wind. Great stuff

More doom and gloom. Oh, not always but it seems to come easy…

A new 9K run today, in the rain, same lap as yesterday. Great weather, all alone on the roads. Not even a car.

However its been a while since I ran this much during a week, I keep forgetting the small tricks.. Easily discovered with blood running down the white running shirt from sore nipples …

Oh, well.

9.5K run today. Great, mild, weather for running while visiting Stavern but not a very great height difference as you can see from the elevation map below (less than 50 m).

Got up early this morning ready for two successive cycle classes. I found it quite difficult to focus but just had to get going.

Started with a 45 minute class followed by a 55 minute class. Eventually managed to focus and drive the participants hard

Smile, shout and dance
Happy but don’t know how

New style of expression. Not planned, may be deleted or expanded on as I present a go of haiku [far from pure but still]. Oh, I probably suck, be gentle.

Did another run today while the oldest kid is attending soccer practice. Easy 10K run in about one hour.

No outdoors today but a rather good SATS Cycle 45 class at SATS Manglerud with 22 people attending! Still have room for some more so keep coming

Not always sure about continuing, but I do keep up the classes because I like to be able to focus on something else completely from the daily routine. It doesn’t matter if you get in front of 4 or 30 people, they have made the decision to attend your class so you always have to give your best!

Probably the best morning in a long time. Today started out GREAT, felt good and had that feeling of being capable of anything. Wish it could last !!

Well, the day plateaued eventually and went downhill with the queue home trough Festningstunellen in the afternoon.

A bit frustrated I went out on the same run as Yesterday (http://www.mapmyrun.com/run/norway/oslo/231125831951081102) and managed to run 5:30 faster using my Newtons

This is about 35 seconds faster per km than yesterday. I have to be allowed to be happy with that?

So this is great, but I feel it in my calves now so will definitely feel it tomorrow morning as well.

Happily its SATSCycling tomorrow afternoon so that will provide a much needed rest!

And yet another cool feature I haven’t seen lately is the Images collation feature. Click on time Images link (US site), http://www.bing.com/Images, and you’ll be treated with a collation of images related to the main image.

People complaining about the background image does not really know what they miss – Hey, you might even learn something!!

Also it is noticeable that the Bing is Beta 0… I am fairly certain the US is out of Beta, or at least far in front of the Norwegian version. Perhaps we will update all sites soon.
